GridNEXT 2019 Speaker

Mr. Rangel brings extensive experience as a technical professional and as project manager along with hands on knowledge in the financing of environmental infrastructure in both the U.S. and Mexico. He works at the North American Development Bank, where over the last 21 years has been involved in the financing of water, wastewater, solid waste, paving, public transportation and wind and solar projects. His experience includes all aspects of a project cycle including business development, due diligence, closing and implementation. 

At the NADBank. Mr. Rangel is responsible for the follow up of technical, environmental, and insurance due diligence of renewable projects. Mr. Rangel has a BS in Civil Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico where he graduated with honors.
