Zero Emissions Resource Manager
Wayne is currently the Zero Emissions Resource Manager for CPS Energy. He works in the Energy Market and Operations area and has operational responsibility for the utility’s wind, solar and demand response assets. He has been with CPS Energy for 25 years, and worked on a variety of projects, including: wholesale deregulation; retail market design; advanced meter infrastructure (AMI) and meter data management (MDM) procurement and deployment; home area networks (HAN) pilots and deployments; load research and analysis; and storage resources.
